    signing up, please send that request here.

    Go to your favorite places and refer them over to us (or simply hand them the sales aid we provide you).  If we
    sign them up, you'll receive $100! You will get paid on each referral we sign up, with no obligation to you.

    Once you have signed up, you will be given a sales aid and a resource web-page to make this as easy as possible
    for you.
